How long does delivery take?

Estimated transit after dispatch is generally 5 to 12 business days for United States addresses and 7 to 20 business days for supported international destinations. These are estimates rather than guarantees.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch and can take 24 to 48 hours to activate.

Can I cancel or change an order?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The kit must be unused and complete. Hygiene-sealed tools must remain unopened unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
