Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation window

Submit a cancellation request within 30 minutes after placing the order by emailing contact@klystro.com. Include the order number and the email used at checkout.

When cancellation is possible

We will make a reasonable effort to stop the order before fulfillment begins. A cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.

After dispatch

If the order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if the delivery address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts.

Approved cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
