Klystro uses Shopify checkout and authorized payment providers to process orders securely.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your location are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by country, device, and payment provider.

Currency and charges

Store prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless checkout states otherwise. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown before payment is submitted.

Payment security

Checkout information is encrypted in transit. Complete card details are processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers and are not stored directly by Klystro.

Authorization and verification

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. We may request reasonable confirmation of contact, billing, or delivery information to prevent fraud. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

Order confirmation

After successful checkout, you should receive an order-confirmation email with the order number and purchased items. Contact us if it does not arrive within 24 hours.
